Bequests

If you wish to make an impactful gift to the Oklahoma Parkinson’s Alliance. through your estate, below is sample language we recommend including in your will or trust:

Specific Dollar Amount of Property

“I give, devise and bequeath to Stand in the Gap Inc. (Tax ID #73-1517129), located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, [amount] to be used for its general support and charitable purposes without restriction.”

Percentage of Estate

“I give, devise and bequeath to Stand in the Gap Inc. (Tax ID #73-1517129), located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, [percentage] of my estate to be used for its general support and charitable purposes without restriction.”

Residuary

“I give, devise and bequieth to Stand in the Gap Inc. (Tax ID #73-1517129), located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, all of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to be used for its general support and charitable purposes without restriction.”

Contingent Gift of Residuary of Estate

“If [primary beneficiary] does not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath to Stand in the Gap Inc. (Tax ID #73-1517129), located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to be used for its general support and charitable purposes without restriction.”
